President/Estimator
Laurie Duffy
Laurie Duffy has over 35 years’ experience in the painting industry. She studied Construction Management/Estimating at Wentworth Institute. Laurie focuses on estimating/bidding projects, project management and budget management. In addition, she handles corporate requirements; such as insurances and special project compliance.
Vice President/Field Super
Michael Sloane
Michael Sloane has over 20 years’ experience in the painting industry. Starting as a painter in the field; he now brings that knowledge to coordinate manpower, materials and equipment to complete projects on time and within budget. Mike also serves as our Safety Officer to ensure the utmost care and consideration of our worker’s and other’s on-site.
Controller/Office Manager
Rob Agruso
Rob is the Controller/Office Manager for New Horizon Finishes, Inc. He brings his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Rivier University. His expertise in accounting; both with receivables and payables makes the Company run seamlessly. In addition to his accounting duties, Rob handles our payroll and job costing responsibilities.
Project Manager/Estimator
Patrick McMahon
Pat is a Project Manager/Estimator and the newest addition to our team. He brings with him over 20 years’ experience in the paint coatings side of the industry. His vast knowledge of paint products and application of such will be a huge asset when deciding on the best materials, preparation of substrates, and application practices to be used in the field. He will further provide estimating and project management skills to our customers.
